TrackLab is developed by Lumax Energy, a South African manufacturer of solar mounting structures headquartered in Midrand, Gauteng. Lumax designs and manufactures structural solutions for photovoltaic installations, from rooftop brackets to utility-scale ground mounts and single-axis tracker systems.

TrackLab is the intelligent control system inside Lumax Energy's single-axis tracker. Lumax provides the physical tracker structure engineered to local building standards and aligned to European code; TrackLab handles the embedded controllers, communication networks, cloud monitoring platform, and over-the-air firmware updates.
